Born and raised in Wichita, Kansas, Kristen Luinstra grew up watching her dad appraise houses. She started working for him at the age of fifteen and loved seeing all the different homes that were available. Kristen developed a strong real estate background because her grandfather and great-grandfather were a builder and an appraiser for years as well. She currently lives in Benton, Kansas with husband Josh and her daughter Kynlee. She became a licensed REALTOR® in 2007 and has worked on The Kari Higgins Team since June 2007, in that time frame selling over 200 homes. She strives to do what’s best for her clients and represent them in the best way possible! Helping people has always been a strong suit for her.
